Seriously amazing food! We stopped in after driving by Sparky's and seeing a rediculously long line. I had a burger with green chilis and it was absolutely delicious. Another person in our party ordered a burrito with red chili and it was so spicy and flavorful. Definitely coming back!
Best mex food ever awsome Hamburgers
The absolute best green and red chile dishes I've had! No seasonings are used that would detract from the delicious flavor of the Chile. Its a great "hole in the wall" stop if you want to experience real New Mexican food!
Great green chili cheeseburger. Small dining room. Burgers served in baskets with chips or fries. Chili had good heat, but not too spicy. Burgers were smash-burger style patties. Our party of 6 with one burger each paid $56. Would definitely visit again.
Great food and wonderful service. We could see the lady cutting the homemade chips for the salsa in the corner of the restaurant. The green chile cheeseburgers were fantastic as were the fries. The food was brought to our table quickly and was hot and fresh. I defined recommend this restaurant if you are driving through Hatch.
